The binding cords are breaking one by one.

It seems as if we are on the precipice of one party rule. The party that is on the verge of accomplishing this really doesn't care much for our country. The powers that be in the Republican party, i.e. John McCain, seem to be bestowing victory with barely a whimper. Maybe Senator McCain is too tired to participate in this fight. It is possible, and it is devastating.

Barack Obama is an inferior candidate, full of platitudes but devoid of any solution based ideology to which he moors himself to in the midst of a storm. Like democrats from Woodrow Wilson to Bill Clinton, Obama is only concerned about getting elected: political power is the end result, not the vehicle to affect change our country so desperately needs. Barack Obama's end game is to complete the destruction of our beloved republic. With narcissism that rivals Bubba himself, Obama has cultivated the Progressive vision planted by Wilson, watered by 60's radicals such as William Ayers and, it seems, harvested by the likes of Barney Frank, Chris Dodd, and Nancy Pelosi with patriots like John McCain standing idly by.

We may or may not wake up on November 5th with a President Elect Obama. Regardless, America is under assault from with in and with out. Unless and until we can find conservative leaders whose objective is to win, rather than to just get along, our resistance will weaken further still to the socialism that has already consumed so much of the world.

From Roe v. wade to McCain-Feinold, we have watched our founding documents be torn asunder. One wonders how much more that beloved document can withstand before there is nothing left to shred.
